Hi! Trying to find a particular cartoon.

Hi, I have a question about a Betty Boop cartoon and I hope someone here can help me out. My brother and I seem to remember watching a Betty Boop cartoon several years ago that had Betty being followed around by someone that kept asking her "Wanna be a member, wanna be a member?" to which she would always reply, "Noooooooooo," until finally at the end of the cartoon she says "yes." For some reason that cartoon has always stuck in our heads to the point that those first two lines have become an inside joke between us. I would love to know the name of that cartoon and if it is available on any Betty Boop dvds. Thanks so much for your help,

and betty boop is still a Dog :)
