I get to sleep in as it is only 2 minutes away from home :D

Today is my last week day before I start full-time work :( Unfortunately I have tonsilitis and a cold, here's hoping that I'm over the worst by Monday . I'm going to miss all my free time - I loved having shopping breaks in between my studies at uni. How will I ever survive full-time work :eek:!

Hang in there with the full time job.. I know it seems like a big load right now but you'll adjust and come back and visit as often as you can.

That's what happens to Don too... he gets sneezing attacks and I feel so bad for him cause it really takes a lot of energy to sneeze and when he's in that state of sneezing one right after another, I know it hurts him. Does that happen to your sister too? Where she looks like she's in pain from sneezing so hard and so much?

Where I live it jumps from Summer to Winter all of a sudden. At the moment it is still Summer - very humid days and muggy nights. Not to sure why I'm sick. Still have my cold and am starting work tomorrow. I'm over the worst of it now, so fingers crossed :cool: BTW I feel sorry for your Don, I use to have a friend that had sinus problems and was like that.

Hey Candles staying at home all day with your baby is a job... a big job!! So don't feel bad that you're not working outside the home.. you're right where you're supposed to be .. at home taking care of your baby.. he'll be grown up before you know it and then you'll have plenty of time to work outside your home.

Hey Girls,
Have not had the chance to post as often. The new job is excellent, love it heaps and I get to purve on lots of guys :o) Got my first pay check last week. I got all my BB pjs off layby during my lunch break. I went on a road trip with my friend on the weekend. We had a three-day weekend for Anzac Day. I headed up north to mission beach, stopped at several water falls for a swim and ended up heading to Cairns for some retail therapy. Mission Beach was a blast! Was only going to stay one night but 20 hot, shirtless guys rocked up and my friend and I decided to stay an extra night. Thats right 20!!!! Hehehe, I just loved the male bonding session when they were playing volley ball in the pool. I knew my friend Kaz had sent them for us. Kaz was my bf who passed away in October - I visited her grave on the way up and told her I wanted some good looking guys sent my way. I speak to her grave as if it was her, so I am quite positive she is there listening to me. There is definitely heaven and a God up there!!!
Anyhow back to my job. I work 8.30-5:00 Monday to Friday. We finish at 4:30 on Friday and have drinks together. I get an hour for lunch which is great. I only ever got 30 minute breaks in my old job. As I mentioned earlier I get to interview young, single guys - lovin' the eye candy. I'm so positive Karen is looking after me from above! And for all you stay at home Mums, I love your work! If I had kids and was in a position where my partner had a decent income I'd be at home with my bubs. No-one could pay me enough money to miss out on quality time and milestones with my kids. Some mothers are quite happy to go back to work asap, but I'd give up my career for my bubs :o)
