I like to watch movies at home... we usually have a big fire going and lots of snacks and the remote control to pause the movie for potty breaks... haha.

Yes, I am spoiled by my fireplace. My husband built it for me in 2000. It was my Christmas gift. It is a two sided fireplace. One side opens to the family room and the other side opens to my bedroom. Makes it real cozy!! I love it!!

Yep it was pretty cool... he worked real hard to get it built for me and we put our first fire in it on Christmas Eve... it wasn't quite finished but close enough. It adds a lot to our house and we really enjoy it on cold days and nights.

Yep we love our fireplace...even our dog loves the fireplace... she sits right in front of it!!

I have a Biker Betty Boop velvet stocking that I hang on the fireplace.... along with my Harley one!!

Hey your fireplace sounds nice and toasty, how bout we all come over and drink hot choc infront of it, sounds like a plan, or make smores with bb choc bars, lol, im actually looking out of my fireplace right now, dont think its possible?,.......well the took it down and replaced it with a big window so we can see into the back yard, my parents said it made the house to cold and we really didnt use it much anyway. :o

I like big windows too but I also like having a fireplace... they both have good features.

i could use the fireplace now, we are getting another snow storm, and my toes are cold, my bb slipppers arent that warm :D
