I just looked in my giant scrap book of betty, I saw that there was another person who did the early betty voice, Annibel Little, latter she went on the vaudville circuit for betty impressions.
Also another person that was an inspiration for her looks was Helen Kane.

Hi, I am doing a report for Pomona's Historical Society, and I am interviewing a lady named June Highman, or Highmond or something along those lines. I was told when I received the assignment that she was one of the voices of Betty Boop. I have read some of you fan's posts so can anyone confirm or clear this up? Is June Highman her real name and the others are her stage names or what? Thank You.

Betty Boop's voice was actually modeled on the voice of another actress, Helen Kane, who created a sensation on Broadway in 1928 with a "boop-oop-a-doop" rendition of the hit song I Wanna Be Loved by You. But I don't know if she ever did the voice for any of her cartoons. Hope this helps.

Helen Kane never voiced Betty Boop.
Mae Questal, a Helen Kane lookalike (and soundalike) voiced Betty Boop and Olive Oyl. The other main voices were Ann Rothschild and Ann Little. These may have been the same lady, I haven't been able to find out.
When Fleiscer Studios moved to Florida in 1937, Mae Questal refused to move with them and Margie Hines took over.
I haven't heard of June Highman, but a number of other actresses did voice Betty. Given that no Betty Boop cartoons were made after 1939, the lady would need to be in her 80s.
