Oh I am sorry to hear that Biker betty boop! Hey that is what i thought when i first got my fish. I didn't even think it would stand a chance. But i got it in November and it is still here!!! Thanks for the compliments.... the Scoot is one of my husband's Harleys.. it's a 1991 and is still in good shape. My husband has 2 and I have 1 Harley. Our other two are newer.. they are 2003 models.

Yep, I bet you're right!! She's always trying to give me one or two of her birds but I always tell her "no thank you"... one dog is enough for me!! I don't need any birds too. The chickens down the road are noisey enough for us!!

I have two cats, Harley and Crybaby.
They have decided they want to be outside cats now. On a sad note, last week I ran over Crybaby. I was so upset. He took off down the road after I ran over him and I didn't see him for three days. I looked everywhere. I came home one morning from taking my daughter to school and he was lying on my back patio!! I was so shocked, yet so happy!

I also have one dog.
His name is Copper. I actually rescued him. He was travling down a road near my mom's house and I almost hit him. My mom lives in the country area so there isn't a lot of houses around. He was so dirty and covered in fleas and ticks. Took him home, cleaned him up and he is the best little dog. I have no idea what kind he is. I wish I knew. He has made himself right at home and he is very protective of me. I guess maybe because I am the one that rescued him?

So I think that is enough animals for me!

My sis discovered these kittens in her hay barn when they were newborn and she and I have been bottle feeding them. They just turned 3 weeks old on April 22nd.

Yes,husby recently acquired two ocellated skinks(lizards) from a friend of his who couldn't get them to eat.Husby does his magic and suddenly these things eat like it's going out of fashion,they are a riot,they burrow into the sand and poke their heads out like little periscopes :D very cool to watch for a while :cool:

Yes, animals do have a way of getting next to your heart!! I never wanted a dog...let alone a big dog... I was always a "cat" person... until my husband convinced me that we needed a German Shepherd.... we originally bought her for him but she is definitely my dog now!! And I love her!!

I live in the southwestern part of the United States and we definitely have lizards... lots of them!! Sometimes they give me quite a start because I always think "snakes" and I HATE SNAKES!! I am frightened of snakes!

I have a dog named Buster. I suppose I should have named him Bimbo. :D

He's a mix. We think he's mostly long-haired chihuahua, but he's got several other things mixed in - perhaps he's a bit of a wiener dog too as his body is long and his legs are short. I just tell people that he's a "Humane Society Special." He's a tiny thing that was found wandering the east side of town. Someone took him to the Humane Society and that's where I found him. He was wearing a dirty collar but no tags so I think he was dumped. How someone can do that to a dog I will never understand. He is THEE most affectionate creature and also loves to play. Every time I come home he comes running to meet me and isn't happy until I take him on my lap so he can cuddle. He'd melt the heart of anyone.

I received a new dog last night.
A friend of my grandmas was no longer able to care for her so I took her.
She is a black lab and she is so sweet!!

Hi everyone. I have a dog named Kira who is half Siberian Husky and half Brittany Spaniel and she her coat is fluffy and in shades of brown. She looks kind of shepardish.

I have an orange cat named Poodgie (who is VERY much like Garfield), a shaded silver Persian named Kittonia, a cat who looks like a Russian Blue named Julian Basheer, and a brown tabby named Max. Max is the youngest. Oh... and I have a pond full of goldfish.... :)
