Why did we join this forum?

Have you guys sat down and thought about why we joined this forum? For one I did not realize how many people were crazy about ms boop. I thought I was the only nut trying to collect everything (that's not true my friend is a nut too but don't tell her I said that) she collects too she has beautiful things. But when I saw that there one a bettyboop forum to join I joined becasue this way we can help each other find bettyboop things all over the world and at the same time talk about other things that we feel comfortable about sharing. Every one is entitled to their own opinion and comment but if that is going to hurt someone's feeling; Don't you think is best if we keep it to ourselves? I'd rather keep my mouth shut than to hurt someone's feelings. I am not trying to tell you what to do just suggesting to keep the forums WITH A GOOD ATTITUDE sometimes I come home frustraded from work and reading some of these things makes me laugh and makes my day. ;)

I totally agree with you Betty! We need to keep out opinions to ourselves if it is going to hurt somebody. People's feelings get hurt too bad, I know mine do.
I joined this fourm to have fun and meet new and exciting people! Not to put people down and hurt them. I like to see the different things that people post and see the beautiful pictures of Betty Boop. It gets me away from the everyday array and lets me see who people really are and how to deal with everyday life. If it wasn't for this fourm I would be in bordem hall! LOL!

I enjoy this forum for many reasons.
I enjoy sharing all my great BB finds with my fellow boopers.
I also enjoy all the boopers here that are crazy about Ms.Boop like me. It is nice to come here and talk to people and just relaxe and have a good time. I do enjoy reading all the post and I especially like the posts where we list our "favorites". Those are always fun to read what everyone likes and dislikes.

We should all try to only say nice things or say nothing at all!

I agree with you betty , I joined because I thought it would be a great place to visit with others who like bb as much as i do , nobody ever agrees on everything all the time if they the world be boring , but if i don't agree i never say anything cause i don't want to hurt anybody and like you said everyone has there own way of thinking that is what makes life interesting i think

I joined when i found the forum becuase it was something new. i had never been on a forum before and i thought this one would be a great one to join, especially as it was BB! i love being here because its a great place to visit and i have made a lot of great friends from all around the world :D

I really think each booper has their own reasons for being part of this forum.
I think we all want to keep BB alive for sure. I think we all enjoy socializing with other boopers (for sure). I think we are all collectors (of BB) to some degree and can learn of what is available and where to get it. I think some of us really take BB and the history of BB very seriously and use the forum to learn more about BB and the background of BB. Some of us want to know more about the cartoons themselves. I think all of us would agree that Fleischer Studios created a phenomenon in BB.

In summary, whatever our individual reasons for being part of this, we certainly all LOVE Betty Boop.
