Why has my reputation gone down by 3 since I was in here earlier?


Some people must have a lingering annoyance with me cause i haven't really posted much and I came back in here this evening to this!!

anyway it doesnt bother me, and it certainly doesnt bring up any repressed feelings of alienation and low self esteem on levels that hadnt occurred since i left my catholic high school........

There are some very nasty people in this world............

Unfortunately there will always be nasty individuals that think it's fun to do stuff like this *********ly. They don't realize there is a log of everything any member does on the forums.

Is not so much that is a bad idea, I think if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all but we also have to realize that not every one is going to like us or what we say. ;)

It's important that every member not take this Reputation Points thing to heart. It's supposed to be a fun way to redeem your points for items. We'll give it a try for awhile, and if it doesn't work out, I'll pull the plug.

One more thing, with the exception of moi, the moderators are members like you. Don't forget to award them if you like their posts!

Isn't it wonderful? Through feedback from all of you, we're able to tweak the Reputation feature to eliminate any negatives.

In the world we always come across people that we don't get along with. And no matter what we do to please that person they just choose to be nasty towards us. I am not trying to be "Ms.Very Nice and Never Said Anything Ugly To Anyone", I have posted in the past and some weren't very nice. I have decided that is not the way to act and I choose not to respond to ugly posts anymore. (Call it a New Year's resolution if you may! hehehe) I just say.......Kill 'em with kindness!!

i'm glad you disabled the taking away of points, then no-one is tempted to take them away *********ly. Someone might of clicked the wrong one by mistake, it could happen. Atleast now no mistaskes can be made! :)
