Well I hate needles and shots so I don't think I will be getting anything pierced. That is why I am scared of a tatoo!!

ahhhhhhh! i understand now. i think it all depends on the person getting the peircing. i know friends who have said that their belly button peircing didnt hurt but i also have friends who said it did!

My friend Vicky said it was just like getting you ears pierced but on your belly (but I haven't even had that done so I was ot really any the wiser!) :)

lol! your ear' don't hurt i don't think. it's only a few seconds of pain and then you get a ointment on the peircing and it's ok! :D

Yeh, I went with my friend when she had her's done! But the thing is I reckon I'd lose all the earrings and stuff. Also one of my sister's got her's infected and they looked gross! I know it was because she didn't look after them properly but it still looked horrid!

DO you think parents should let children make their own decision on ear piercings when they are of age?

Or should a parent just ...get a child's ears pierced because the parent wants it done?

i think the child should have the choice becuase it's the child who will have the peircing done, not the parent.

i have to appreciate my sister in law. she has two pretty little girls 7 and 9 and their ears have never been pierced. She said she is going to let them make that decision when they are of age. I think that is a great respectful idea.

for christmas and some birthdays...they have they little girl packets of earrings the snap on and bracelets with rings and a little necklace (neckless). (hehe) I think that's great!
