Grandma is in the hospital and it is not good. She has a leaking heart valve and it needs surgery to fix it. But she was given a 10 % survival rate if she has the surgery. They said they could give her some pills to help keep fluid/blood out of her lungs but she only has about six months left with us.
She is my best friend, I always was with her when we lived in New York. She had a daycare and let me help her with that, she let me drive her car before I got my permit to help me learn how to drive. She always took me with her when she went on vacation. I can remember going to Malone with her to visit her cousins. We wnet out on a lake when we were there. It was a big pontoon boat. I remember her taking me to Albany. I always had a great time when I was with her. Now she is in New Jersey and I am in Georgia and can't go see her. I got a Christmas card from her today. She sent me a gift card for walmart. I miss her.

I wanted to tell you thought that we had our Christmas Play tonight and I thoght you might want to know that we had two pople to get saved. I think that it was the best Christmas Play that we have had in years and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family.

That is very good MissyMom. I am glad to hear that two more people got saved.
My faith is diminishing and I feel myself letting go. They said my grandma needs the heart surgery to survive, for now they have her taking pills to sustain her heart. She is home (in New Jersey) for the holidays. Then after Christmas she has to make the decision of having the surgery. Without it she might live for 6 months. If she has the surgery though she only has a ten % rate of living through it.

What part of Ohio did you and your husband live in??? My husband is real into the Cavs and the Browns so of course I try to act interested too!! I do like knowing how they are doing but I'm not real into watching on t.v. I'd rather be at the game live!!!! Something about the sounds of the crowds and eating hot dogs and nachos and drinking lots of Pepsi(I don't drink beer so pepsi it is!)I also like the Indians(agian live is better!) I've noticed lately he'll also watch college games...........it does not matter he just likes Football and Basketball !!!!!!!!! It seems! :D

I was born in Springfield and my husband was born in Portsmouth. We mostly spent time in the Dayton area.

My husband was a Bengals and Reds fan.

The only team we really watch and support from Ohio now is Ohio State University.

Now we are Cardinals, Suns and Diamondback fans.
