For all you devoted collectors who want answers, I'd like to offer the following. I did this with the Fan Clubs when the book was first published, so now a year later, I'd like to offer it again.
What is "IT"? Well, a copy of the original manuscript, which has all the items documented (no pictures, though, only text). It is approximately 160 pages, and costs about $15 to copy. For that price plus $5 postage, you can have a copy.
There are approximately 3,000 items documented, 1930 to 2000, with a few from 2001 and 2002. Certainly a valuable resource for those who want detailed answers. The actual printed book has only a few hundred items, so this is an excellent reference for all the other items.
