Hi There;
While visiting Rhode Island ( I am from Boston ) I noticed that the RI lottery had Betty Boop Scratch tickets. I bought a few but had to scratch off a Betty picture ( I lost - but I still have the Betty losing tickets for souvenirs.)
I have a friend in Pennsylvania who bought some scratch tickets but did not scratch them off. ( She refuses to. ) Her friends all go beserk when they see the unscratched tickets as she may already be a winner.

hi everybody i've just had a biker betty at30% low price because they're going to redecorate or remake the shop and they need to clear a few stuffs to have room to move !!!!!! next week i guess they're going to make 50% off on most of all items but i couldn't wait i was afraid betty was sold before i arrive !!!!!!!
if i've had enough money i would have bought the whole shop and they're so friendly that you can't help buying something even if you come in just to have a look !!!!!:D :D

my daughters have the same problem here is what they do :
they take the smaller adult size use the tshirt as a nighty for a moment and when they get older (it goes very quick at your age) they use it as a tshirt so you can enjoy you favorit tshirt day and night for a long time ! enjoy your day

This may sound incredibly stupid...but I actually had to think about this one!

I just wish that my entire house would be a BB museum!

Anyway, I would love love love to have a Betty Boop comforter set for my bedroom! Or at least have a nice comforter, but I haven't found one as of yet. It would also be amazing to have a Betty Boop or Baby Boop crib set!!! (for my baby, obviously) but I'm sure that'd be so rare that the price would shoot up to the high heavens. :(

So far, my pride and joy of my BB collection would have to be my BB leather jacket that I received about 4 years ago. It's all black with filmstrips of BB on the sleeves, Pudgy on the left part of the front, BB's signature on the right...and a huge pic of Betty Boop in her classic black pinup costume on the back with a bright yellow star in the background! It's my absolute pride and joy...and even though I may need to take it to an alteration shop now...I haven't stopped wearing it since the day I received it. ;)

Does anyone happen to know where I might find a BB comforter or comforter set!!! Please lemme know!

I also would just LOVE a leather jacket but the prices have been just to high for my pocket book. I expressed before that I have soooooooooo much bb stuff (almost a museum) that I would just love sharing with anyone who would like to know or trade info. I haven't seen a crib or comforter set but maybe getting one made would be the ideal idea. Has anyone seen the black shower curtain of bb blowing a kiss? Plus I'm still looking for a desk calendar for my desk, hope there is one out there!!:P

:D Here in America a crib set is the blanket and crib runner to a baby's bed. The baby's bed is one step up from a basanett' (spelling?). The crib runner goes all around the crib on the inside to protect the babys head from the wood parts of the bed. It's kind of like a big play pen but taller. Sometimes the set comes with matching crib sheets and curtains for the window, and sometimes with a ruffle to go around the bottom of the crib. It kind of depends on how fancy one wants to be.:cool: Believe me if i were decorating a baby's room with BB I'd go crazy haveing a great fun time;)

Yea...you're right! BB Leather jackets are pretty pricy...mine's cost $450, and that was the sale price! However, mine was a gift from my aunts...they used to own a clothing store which was very successful while it was up and running...and since I used to work for them all the time for free...in return they gave me this beautiful leather jacket! I was about 14 or 15 then, and now I'm 19 and I haven't stopped wearing it...and I don't think I ever will! It's not like I'm gonna outgrow it...LOL :D

Okay...a crib set (I probably shouldve just described earlier) consists of all the bedding that you would put in a baby's crib...bumper pad, crib sheet, comforter, dust ruffle, etc. I'm sure that I probably will not find one...especially in Baby Boop, being that she can be a tad bit harder to find than BB herself! But I think that as far as a comforter set or blanket for myself, I can probably just buy some BB fabric and make one myself. :)

On another note, I have been to plenty of stores that have BB desk calendars! I have one that's in the traditional BB colors, black, red, white, and pink...and it has little bits and pieces of BB information for each week or month...for example...when her cartoons premiered, Mae Questal's birthday...etc. I forgot the name of that calendar store I got it from...but I will try and look on the web and see if I can locate it and give a link back...I have seen more than one person say that they would love to have a BB desk calendar! ;)

If you go to the forum for the 1st Forum Contest, page 3 you can see the shirt...it is blue and it has betty as a rock star...let me know if you are interested. ;) I know how you feel because I've been collecting Betty since I was about 9 so I've always had problems finding clothes that fit me!! :D

sorry to be so vague but the fabric i saw on Truelegend is in us it's a shop online we don't have those stuffs in here i can't give you the address Email on here but i'm sure you'll find it quickly or do you know what patchwork is ? find some old tshirst or other stuff and make your own quilt for your baby i made one for my 3rd girl with a very old sheet from my grandma i cut off the handmade embrodery and saw it on another white sheet etc ....
it's not that difficult and goes quick if you cut off big pieces of fabric and that would make a unic collector item !

yes i can buy some betty boop items in france but the most i buy is on ebay because i can find some US items from french people it avoids me to pay taxes but though they quite expensive compare to the US price

Hey everyone! I looked into Yahoo Auctions today and saw a few choice things. They don't have as many listings as eBay, but they do have a few different things. For instance, they have a pewter firine of Betty sitting with a laptop in her lap and looking perplexed dressed in a glittery red dress (painted). It looked very cool and would make an awesome addition to any office desk. And they had tons of handbags!!!

I am on a budget right now, however, and slapped my hand and said "NO!"

They are similar, but just not nearly so huge. And I think that there are more protections with Yahoo, or at least more recourse if there is a problem. Hey, it's a different variety and worth checking out. I hope that they have it in France.:)

I used to alternate between selling on Yahoo and eBay but I've always gotten better results on eBay.

I got one of the Italian charm bracelets from my sister for Christmas. It has Betty Boop as a nurse and I Love Harley-Davidson Motorcycles on another charm.

I love those cute little charms!!!

It is difficult to control my spending too... imagine if you can all the catalogs that I get.... my profit goes into my collection.. ha ha.
