Its not legal in England!
Every single car has its own number plate that is registered with the DVLA!
I had a parking fine a couple of months ago from a place in London (a place that I have never been to before) anyways it turned out that someone had used my number plate on their motorbike (probably stolen!) to avoid congestion charges.
A ducatti looks a lot different to a Ford Fiesta lol
That is why we cannot choose our own number plates.

We can have personalized license plates but we have to keep our original number plates that came with the vehicle as well. It is kind of confusing!

Don't get me wrong we do have personal number plates but we can't have one just made up it has to be a plate that has been used before on another car and registered with the DVLA.
