How long have you been a Betty Boop Fan?

Ok Girls, I have been called bettyboop all my life mainly because my name is betty but had no idea who she was. As I got older everyone started calling me bettyboop, so I found out who she was and fell in love with her. Now I have all kinds of names, my husband calls me BOOPSKIE, my coworkers call me BOOPSTER OR BOOPS. And anytime they see something with bboop in it guess who ends up with it!!! I get a lot of gifts too because people know I collect her things. My Mom brought me a ceramic bettyboop from Puerto Rico that my uncle's wife did. I have so many things of her I can have a garage sale (LOL).

Boop68...I've been aware of BB for years and centuries (hehe). I fell in love with and started collecting BB stuff about 5 years ago. Love her!
I love the look of the "Today" Betty Boop. The classic look...doesn't do much for me.

When I first saw the original Bettyboop I was like Oh My God she is ugly but then it showed how they changed her and then of course fell in love with the littel cartoon, who've thuoght she would be so famous and wanted today

My BB story is similar to yours bettyboop68. My name is becky and my grandmother and mother used to call me beckyboop. Like you, I didn't know who she was. I can't remember when I first actually saw BB, but when I did she became my 'thing' everyone knew to think of me wen they saw anything to do with her!

My mum still calls me boop!

My story started when i was 8 years old, my mom took me to a BB marathon in new york city and thats where i first saw her and thats where i fell in love with her.Even in high school my nickname was Betty Boop because everything i had was BB.LOL.:P

Hey melissa me & have something in common! Im in HS and everyone calls me BB. I always have something of her with me and everyone knows i love her.

When i was little my aunt would cal me Betty Boop because i have curly hair and when i was small it was short and looked like hers. I got a purse from my gramma on my birthday when i was nine and fell in love with her! i've liked her since then but i've been collecting her stuff for about two yrs. now. For Christmas or my b-dday everyone already knows what to get me!!!

Mine too !! I love that EVERYONE gets me stuff to add to my collection and nothing of betty boop is ugly so thats kool i get nice stuff
