Is there a giant foam head?

I'd like to do Betty for halloween and I would need a foam head that would match the proportions of Betty's head to my body. Is there such an item in existence? Are there any costumes, shoot does there exist a place to meet Betty in the way we meet Mickey at Disney?

Hi -
I know there one at Universal Studios in Orlando, but that is one of a kind ( an actress inside the Betty suit ) I am sure that that was custom made by Universal Studios.
