Lost Betty Boop collection at house at Crystal Beach Texas

My husband and I had a house at Crystal Beach, Texas. We called it Boop's Harbor because I have been collecting anything Betty Boop for 20 Years. I had my collection from Danbury Mint, and MANY other items that had been given to me for all these years. After hurricane Ike, all that is left of our home is a slab. I looked and looked--walked for 3 hours hoping to find one Betty--but no luck. She has been a fun part of my life for so long. Just hang on to your treasures--you never know when they may be gone-FOREVER.

Wow that's a shame alot of people lost all of their wordly goods. I know it must have felt just awful to loose all of your Betty Boop collection like that and I hope you'll be able to start a new collection in the future. God Bless You
