I want and am looking for a Betty Boop Cookie Jar. All of the ones I see are not that big, I want to be able to put a large amount of whatever I decide to put things in it. I really need one.!!! Can anyone help???

It is the size that matters to me. 13.25 inches is not very big. I do not think it is tall enough.

Hi Lisa... are you aware of the cookie jar that is made by Vandor? It's a pretty good size... and there is also a couple nice ones by NJ Croce too. Let me know if you want to see pics or need more info.

i've seen cookie jars at stores like fred meyer back home and at spencer's i think cookie jars really aren't that hard to find safeway may even have them from time to time.

one of the dolls i have my mom got at safeway for me.

i will take some photos of the break.. her arm is broke off and the spoon ,
but she is new my daughter hit it with something on the counter and it broke off, but if your interested i would give you a good deal on her, shes still very cute, and the voice still does its job.

Bikerbettyboop does know alot about Betty merchandise. She owns www.clubbetty.com. She use to sell this exact cookie jar in her shop. That is how she knows. She is great with information if you are ever wondering about any merchandise!! :D

Im not questioning her knowledge ...but her knowledge and her selling this cookie jar, has nothing to do with what i bought it for or sell it for.
just because one place sells it for 100.00 another for 74.95 another for 60.00
it really makes no difference.
I never ask for her advice on the worth of my cookie jar, I mearly stated I bought it for 100.00 and was selling it for 25.00
so if i would have ask for her imformation or advice , it would be very kind.

I was not trying to disrupt any sale on your cookie jar, I just wanted members to know the wholesale value of the jar so they could make a more informed determination about the value of your jar.

From a collector's point of view, any Betty Boop item that is cracked or broken or flawed is not worth as much in the collector's market as one that is in mint condition.

However, someone might want to purchase your jar for everyday use and won't mind that it needs repair and will be willing to pay your asking price.

Oh yeah I know its not worth as much, thats why i was asking 25.00 not 100.00 :) :) I knew it was a broken item I use to sell antiques and know if an item is broken its not worth as much, it was just an idea , :) its still a beautiful cookie jar, it would be great for a person that was collecting just for a shelf or to add with there other Betty Boop Jars, its still in its box nothing else wrong with her .......:) :) :) Thanks
